DISTRICT HEATING CONNECTION FOR SMALL PROPERTIES INCLUDES

• Construction of the district heating pipeline up to the customer’s heat distribution room
• A metering centre, including a meter, a dirt separator and shut-off valves
• 30 metres of connection pipework from the district heating network to the property’s metering centre; any consumption exceeding the allocated quota will be charged as an additional cost.
• If necessary, covering the external wall penetration point with a metal protective box

As the client, you are responsible for the following:

• Designing a water-circulating heating system for the property
• Procuring a heat exchanger
• Costs of finishing works on the trench, such as asphalting or turfing, on the part of the connecting party’s plot
• Costs arising from, for example, drilling under a road, an unfavourable location or construction during winter
