Winter weekdays are defined as weekdays from 1 November to 31 March, from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 22:00. Other times include all nights between 22:00 and 07:00, all Sundays and the summer period from 1 April to 31 October.
POWER TARIFF
Low-, medium- and high-voltage power tariffs are suitable for large properties with a main fuse rating of over 3x63A. Power tariffs are those where the active power and reactive power consumed at the point of use affect the price. These tariffs are suitable for premises where electricity consumption is high and where power peaks can be smoothed out and reactive power managed. Such properties typically include commercial premises and industrial sites.
For active power transmission tariffs, winter weekdays are billed separately. For low- and medium-voltage power tariffs, winter weekdays are defined as electricity transmission taking place between 1 November and 31 March, from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 22:00. Other times include all nights between 22.00 and 07.00, all Sundays, public holidays and the summer period from 1 April to 31 October. In the high-voltage power network service, winter weekdays are defined as weekdays from December to February, Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 21:00. Electricity transmission taking place outside these times is billed as ‘other times’.
